Purpose

The Auctioneer Suite is a compilation of AddOns based around the Auctioneer core. The Suite provides for a number of enhancements and options due to the modular nature of Auctioneer.

Suite Contents

The contents listed at the first level of the outline, are full AddOns that do not necessarily require the suite, or Auctioneer, to run. Conversely, those items at the second outline level, prefaced with "Auc", are known as "Modules", by us, and most likely will not function outside of an Auctioneer installation.

• !Swatter - A debugging library that provides enhanced debugging information to help developers when you report bugs.
• Auc-ScanData - Load-On-Demand data store for Auctioneer's scan data.
• Auc-Advanced - The core library of the Auctioneer system.

Auctioneer Filters

• Auc-Filter-Basic - Filter for excluding items based on quality, level or owner.
• Auc-Filter-Outlier - Filter for excluding items based on price deviation, to avoid poisoning your statistic data with prices listed by scammers.

Auctioneer Matchers

• Auc-Match-BeanCount - This is a market matcher available only if the BeanCounter addon is enabled. It will raise and lower the item's price based upon the % of times it has sold or failed.
• Auc-Match-Undercut - This will raise or lower the price of your items by a fixed percent to better match current Auctions.

Auctioneer Statistics

• Market Price - This "statistic" is actually just a statistically computed, confidence-weighted average value, garnered from most of the other statistics modules listed below. Note that it is installed as part of the Auctioneer core, and cannot be installed separately. If you are unsure what statistic to use as your primary pricing statistic, Market Price is a good choice, as it will not be overly affected if any one statistic below does a poor job of estimating prices for some reason.
• Auc-Stat-Classic - Deprecated in WoW Patch 3.0 Imports some of Auctioneer Classic stats into Auctioneer.
• Auc-Stat-Histogram - Returns Median and IQR values, based upon a Histogram of pricing data. Essentially, a median value, based upon all prices ever seen; no data is ever discarded.
• Auc-Stat-iLevel - Statistics modules that groups all items of same rarity, type, and iLevel together (e.g. all green weapons of iLevel 180). Useful for pricing random "of the ..." items.
• Auc-Stat-Purchased - Statistics module that tries to infer purchase prices based on items disappearing before they could have expired. (Requires more frequent scanning of the AH)
• Auc-Stat-Sales – Uses data from BeanCounter to display historical statistics on actual purchase and sale prices. Note that this statistic is installed along with BeanCounter, and cannot be installed separately.
• Auc-Stat-Simple - Statistics module that performs simple averaging of data, converted daily to exponential moving averages of the orders 3, 7 and 14.
• Auc-Stat-StdDev - Statistics module that keeps the last 100 price points for an item and performs a standard deviation on the data list to exclude outliers from the sample space and provide a normalized mean.
• Auc-Stat-WOWEcon - Statistics module that uses the WOWEcon AddOn's data (if separately installed) to provide the price to other Auctioneer modules.

Auctioneer Utilities

• Auc-Util-AHWindowControl - Provides the ability to move and resize the entire AH Window, adjust the font size used to display AH data, especially within CompactUI, protect the AH Window from being accidentally closed during configurable operations, and save settings between WoW sessions.
• Auc-Util-Appraiser - Utility module that provides an advanced posting tab in the auction house, allowing you to post variable sized stacks of items for auction.
• Auc-Util-AskPrice - Utility module that provides pricing data via an auto responder. This version is capable of price-swarming functionality.
• Auc-Util-AutoMagic - Utility module that automates some repetitive tasks. Selling gray or vendor marked items, mailing items to Alts.
• Auc-Util-CompactUI - Utility module that alters your browse window to be more compact (may be incompatible with other addons that modify the browse window)
• Auc-Util-EasyBuyout - Utility module that allows one click bids, buyouts, and cancels.
• Auc-Util-ItemSuggest - Utility module that makes recommendations on what is the most profitable use of an item.
• Auc-Util-PriceLevel - Utility module that calculates a price level for a given item, can change auction browse items to be colored, and will place distribution data in the tooltip if Auc-ScanData is loaded.
• Auc-Util-ScanButton - Utility module to place Scan, Pause and Stop buttons in the title bar of the browse window.
• Auc-Util-ScanFinish - Utility module that can play sounds or do actions at the end of a scan.
• Auc-Util-ScanProgress - Utility module that hides items in the browse tab while scanning and replaces it with scan status text instead.
• Auc-Util-SearchUI - Utility module that provides an search interface.
• Auc-Util-VendMarkup - Utility module that will provide vendor markup price data as an alternative statistic.

• BeanCounter - BeanCounter works with Auctioneer to track the items you purchase and list for sale. The information it collects can be viewed on the BeanCounter tab of the Auction House interface
• Enchantrix - Enchantrix is an AddOn which is used to provide disenchant information on given items when you mouse over them.
• Enchantrix-Barker - Enchantrix-Barker allows you to send out messages to the trade channel with your enchants advertising in them.
• EnhTooltip - Tooltip helper library that allows extra data to be displayed in the tooltip.
• Informant - Informant AddOn provides vendor price, availability, profession, quest and usage information in the tooltip.
• Stubby - Stubby is a stub loader addon which allows Load-On-Demand AddOns to define the conditions upon which they will load.

• Auc-Util-BigPicture Scans your Inventory, Bank, Guild Bank, and even your Auction House postings and provides an approximate value of all of your goods.
